The automatic float valve water level control valve features a working pressure range of 0.2-10KG (0.1-1MPa) and is suitable for use with clean water at a maximum temperature of ≤120℃. Designed for high-temperature applications, it can handle media with temperatures between 10℃ and 120℃. Constructed with nylon rubber, the valve is vertically installed internally and available with 1/2, 3/4, or 1 inch BSP threaded outlets.

The working principle is as follows: When the water level in the tower or pool drops, the float within the valve chamber sinks, using the orifice rod to open the pilot hole of the control valve. Lifting and pressing the joystick then closes the pilot hole, allowing the valve cavity to fill with water and the control valve to shut, immediately stopping the water supply.

The package contents include one water level control valve, one stainless steel filter, one raw material belt, and one outlet connector. Note that this is a liquid level control valve, and after installation, the float must be vertical. If top-mounting is required, an elbow is needed to connect the float valve to the inlet line. The main water inlet should align with the normal diameter of the control valve, and the shut-off valve should be fully opened during use.

If two valves are installed in the same tank, they must be kept at the same height. Before installation, it is important to clean any impurities from the pipeline to prevent blockage. If the water quality is poor, the valve will require proper maintenance.
