Pool Sentry M-3000-1

The Pool Sentry is a device used to automatically and unattendedly maintain the water level of a pool, spa, or pond. Once removed from the box, it can be easily assembled by threading the fill tube into the float valve. The fill tube and float valve are then snapped into the base, which is then filled with small rocks or pea gravel. The top cover is then snapped onto the base, and a garden hose (not included) is attached.

The customer can adjust the float to the desired position, usually a point halfway on the tile line or skimmer. The supply water remains on at all times when the Pool Sentry is in the pool, and the water turns on as the float drops. When the float reaches its set height, the water shuts off.

It is essential that the customer uses a heavy-duty, reinforced hose, as the hose is under constant water pressure. An aftermarket hose, rated to 200 psi working pressure and 750 psi burst strength, is offered in each box.

The Pool Sentry works with a pool water level that is 2 to 8 inches below the pool deck surface. It automatically maintains water levels, protects the pump against burnout, and never overfills the pool. No tools are required for its installation or operation, and it is made of metal.
